3 Super Talk facilitates seamless communication whether you are in Hong Kong or abroad, utilizing mobile data or Wi-Fi connections. It allows you to receive and make international calls (1), ensuring you stay connected with your business partners while potentially reducing roaming call charges.

Key Service Benefits:

• Maintains your original mobile number for incoming and outgoing calls
• Supports unlimited calls to and from anywhere in the world (1)
• No requirement for your contacts to install the 3 Super Talk app; they can call your 3 Super Talk number or reach you via any fixed or mobile phone
• Synchronizes with your existing contact list on your device
• Preserves caller ID display and call waiting features associated with your original mobile number; missed calls are notified within the app

Additional Notes:

1. Customers opting for 3 Super Talk are billed a monthly fee, which covers call charges for incoming calls and dialing Hong Kong numbers through the app. This fee does not include charges for mobile data (local or roaming), Wi-Fi data, IDD calls, or other related costs incurred during usage. Additional charges may apply.
2. Customer acknowledges that 3HK does not guarantee call quality, which may be influenced by network stability. Users should verify network conditions and restrictions with their service provider. 3HK shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by network issues or additional charges for VoIP use.
3. The provision of 3 Super Talk may be impacted by external factors such as device settings, legal regulations in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions, and power outages beyond 3HK's control. Service interruptions due to such factors are not the responsibility of 3HK.
4. Customers understand that 3 Super Talk cannot connect to emergency services or numbers. 3HK accepts no liability for any losses or damages resulting from this limitation.
5. All service features and fees are subject to the final published terms by 3HK. Changes may occur without prior notice. Use of the service is also governed by other applicable general terms available on the 3HK website.
